Program Overview
Through the SGNA Mentorship Program, both mentors and mentees are thoughtfully paired based on shared interests and experience levels. The program fosters open dialogue, collaboration and growth through regular meetings and structured check-ins.
Participants will:
- Attend a virtual Mentorship Program Orientation to kick off their journey.
- Meet regularly—monthly or bi-monthly—to set goals, share challenges and celebrate progress.
- Complete two program evaluations to reflect on experiences and provide feedback.
- Participate in an in-person networking reception at the SGNA 53rd Annual Course, May 17–19, 2026, in Atlanta, GA.
