What are the dates for SGNA 53rd Annual Course?
SGNA's 53rd Annual Course will take place May 17-19, 2026. Pre-conference workshops will take place on May 16.
Where will the SGNA 53rd Annual Course be held?
We’re excited to welcome attendees to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in the heart of downtown Atlanta! The hotel is located at 265 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.
When can I expect to book a reservation at the conference hotel?
You can book a room as soon as you have registered for the 53rd Annual Course! Registration will open in October 2025. View the hotel information.
How do I locate the presentation slides?
Presentation slides will be located in the mobile app. We will send all registrants updated information on how to access the app and these slides closer to the conference.
How do I access the evaluations and retrieve my certificate of completion?
In order to claim your contact hours, you must complete an evaluation for every educational session you attended. Please stay tuned for more information regarding the evaluation process.
Who should I reach out to if I have Annual Course-related questions?
Registration Information
I didn’t receive my registration confirmation. What do I do?
Your registration confirmation email is only sent once payment is received. Please contact registration@sgna.org to resend your confirmation email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
What if I want to register after the event starts?
You may register for the SGNA 53rd Annual Course on-site once you arrive in Atlanta; however, additional space is limited, so we encourage you to pre-register.
What is the cancellation policy?
SGNA will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $150, for any cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, April 10, 2026. Cancellations should be directed to registration@sgna.org. All refunds will be processed within 5 days of the date the cancellation request is received to the original form of payment. No refunds will be issued for pre-conference workshops, regardless of the cancellation date. After Friday, April 10, 2026, there will be no refunds for registrations canceled whatsoever. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the hotel.
How can I register for Vendor Programs?
Please visit our Vendor Program page to access more information about the programs taking place at the 53rd Annual Course. SGNA publishes registration links and information on a rolling basis as they become available from our vendor partners.

Continuing Education
How many contact hours will be available through SGNA's 53rd Annual Course?
SGNA 53rd Annual Course attendees will have the opportunity to earn contact hours by attending educational sessions. SGNA will announce the expected amount of contact hours that attendees will be eligible to earn by attending the full conference in the coming weeks. Attendees have the opportunity to earn additional contact hours by participating in vendor programs, Booth CEs, Exhibit Hall Theater Learning Sessions and evaluating posters.
How do I earn contact hours at Annual Course?
You must attend the full presentation and complete relevant session evaluations for each session you attend to earn contact hours.
