Specifications

• File Info: Sponsor should submit an HTML file containing email blast. The content area inside the email should be 600 px wide.
• Content Due Date: Email blasts must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the deployment date. SGNA is not able to guarantee a send date if the HTML file is submitted less than two weeks prior to the reserved date.
• Approval Process: After receiving the HTML file, SGNA will send a test email back to your team for approval. This usually takes a few business days. SGNA will not send any email blast that is not approved by the sponsor. If SGNA's team runs into issues with the provided file, the sponsor may be asked to send an updated version.
• Distribution Schedule: 1st Tuesday or 2nd Thursday of month, on a first-come basis. Reserve your preferred month now as availability is limited!

Specifications

• File Info: Press release should be provided in a Microsoft Word document. The sponsor should also send a zip folder containing a high-resolution version of their organization's logo and any images contained inside the article.
• Tracking: If you would like to track links in the article on the website or inside the email blast, please send your own trackable URLs.
• Approval Process: After receiving the document and zip folder, SGNA will send the social media post, email, and article post for sponsor approval before deployment.
