Hotel Information

We understand that affordability and hotel rate options are key factors when planning your travel, which is why SGNA is securing a discounted room block onsite at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Hotel reservations within the official SGNA room block will be exclusively available to registered attendees of the SGNA 53rd Annual Course starting in fall 2025.

Important Additional Information

Please be aware of companies that call and email you to assist with hotel reservations. They may claim they can get better rates, that rooms are limited, or use other sales tactics. They are NOT affiliated with SGNA in any way nor are they partners with SGNA. If you receive a call or email from a company trying to make your housing reservation, please be aware that this is not sanctioned and DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION. Contact SGNA Headquarters at registration@sgna.org with any questions or concerns.

Deposits

Please have your credit card information on hand when booking your reservation. All SGNA hotels require each individual reservation to be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

All SGNA hotels require that you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival. Please call the hotel directly to cancel and keep your cancellation confirmation number for your records. Name changes can be made to reservations any time prior to check‑in without incurring a fee.

Confirmations

The hotel will send a confirmation to the email used when booking your reservation through the customized online reservation link provided by SGNA. Review it carefully for accuracy and keep a copy for your records.
