(2008) Technicians and Associates are able to earn a second higher level of recognition as an AGTS, Advanced GI Technical Specialist by successfully completing the Advanced Associates Program. This online program consists of 3 online education modules covering the following topics: Equipment, Emergency Preparedness and Communication. Modules contain slides, diagrams, supporting documents including case studies to address the critical thinking component and a self-study component with skills validation as well as a post-test that will need to be completed in order for the participant to receive their certificate of completion. Upon completing the post-tests of all 3 modules, an Official Recognition of Completion certificate will be available for download and an AGTS lapel pin will be awarded to the associate through SGNA. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive the lapel pin.

Return Policy
Claims for damaged merchandise must be received by SGNA within 30 days of receipt of order. Such claims must include the original packing slip, invoice, a letter explaining the extent of damage, as well as the original merchandise items.

SGNA will not accept returns of any kind unless the original package was received in a damaged, unusable condition. 

Refunds for damaged items will not include the shipping and handling charges. Refunds will not be processed for refunds of $5.00 or less. Any questions can be directed to SGNA publications, 800/245-(SGNA) 7462.
