Learning Link Live! Planning Kit

SGNA has created tools to make your planning easy and to help you have the most successful Learning Link Live! session.

• Download and print out a checklist of everything youneed to do to organize a great in-house education session utilizing Learning Link. Follow this checklist as you go.

• Download, personalize and print out multiple copies of the Learning Link promotional flyer. Post the flyers in visible areas to build awareness for your upcoming Learning Link session among your GI/Endoscopy unit.

• Download, personalize and print out multiple copies of the personal invitation. Leave an invitation in each of your unit member's in-boxes.

• Add one or more of these SGNA-suggested activities to your event to make it even more interactive and fun!
  
  
  • Bring treats - Have someone bake a treat the night before for everyone in your GI/Endoscopy unit to enjoy.
    
    
  • Host a potluck lunch - Everyone participating can bring a different dish to share.
    
    
  • Learning Link Bingo - Ask the person leading the session to go through the material in advance and choose 20 key words. Supply a list of those words to all session participants in advance of the session and ask them to randomly insert them into a 4x4 grid. During the Learning Link Live! session, participants should listen for the key words and mark their "Bingo boards" when each is said. The first participant to get a line wins bragging rights!
    
    
  • Get creative! - Think of other ideas to make your session fun.
