“Why do I get all the difficult patients, difficult staff, uncooperative physicians, problem families?” The purpose of the course is to identify how communication can compound or help to solve problems that develop in every GI lab. The course identifies the stressors at work and how communication styles can be a barrier to solving the problem or can help staff to work together to promote a healthy workplace.
