What is teamwork? Is it necessary? Blending different backgrounds, personalities and skills presents a unique opportunity to mesh these qualities into a cohesive team. Whether you are part of a team with as few as two members or as many as a football team, several considerations come into play. This course provides some suggestions to assist with developing and enhancing teamwork. Seven essential skills have been identified to reach the final objective of teamwork; listening, questioning, persuading, respecting, helping, sharing and participating. Approaches are offered to attain these skills.
