The SGNA 36th Annual Course, May 15-20, 2009 in St. Louis, Missouri, is quickly approaching, and we can't wait to see you there!

This year, SGNA is providing Annual Course attendees with syllabus materials in a new, more efficient and environmentally-friendly manner. You can now access session materials in two ways:

1. Session presentation materials and slides are now available online at www.sgna.org/proceedings.cfm. We encourage you to go online and review those sessions you plan to attend. You can print the handouts from sessions of interest and bring those with you to the Annual Course.
2. You will be provided with a CD-Rom when you pick up your other Annual Course materials onsite at the registration desk. The CD-Rom will also contain all session presentation materials and slides. This is a great resource to share with your entire unit!

NOTE: No hard copy syllabus materials will be distributed onsite in St. Louis.

Instructions/Reminders for accessing your online syllabus materials:

1. Before you leave for St. Louis, access your Annual Course Syllabus Materials by visiting www.sgna.org/proceedings.cfm.
2. You will need to log in using your SGNA username (typically SGNA Member ID) and password.
3. You will be directed through the SGNA Web site to the online content where you can view a full listing of sessions.
4. For those sessions you plan to attend, please print a copy of the sessions' PDF coversheet and bring those with you to the Annual Course. This will be the first PDF listed (for each session) in the third panel of the online library. Please see note below for more detail, as you will need the session coversheets to complete the session evaluations.
5. You may also wish to print the presentation slides for sessions of particular interest to you and bring them to the Annual Course.
6. You may want to consider bringing a laptop for CD-Rom access to session presentations while at the Annual Course. Remember to charge your battery, as power strips will not be provided in session rooms!
7. Complimentary printing facilities will not be available while at the Annual Course. However, SGNA has negotiated special pricing for attendees if you decide to print your materials while in St. Louis. Please see below for further instruction.
8. Please keep in mind that CD-Roms containing the electronic Annual Course Syllabus materials will also be distributed onsite with your registration materials.

Important to Note: For all the SGNA Annual Course presentations that you plan to attend, PRINT a copy of the sessions' PDF COVERSHEET beforehand. This will be the first PDF listed (for each session) in the third panel of the online library. The coversheet contains the session objectives and speaker name(s), which you will need to complete session evaluations. A copy of all coversheets will also be displayed on bulletin boards located near the Evaluation Drop Boxes for attendees to reference.

SGNA Photocopying Discount
As noted above, the Annual Course will not have complimentary printing and encourages you to print the syllabus materials before your trip to St. Louis. However, if you decide to print materials while in St. Louis, SGNA has negotiated a per copy rate of $0.07 at the Renaissance Hotel's UPS Store. Additionally, the America's Center Business Center will offer a rate of $0.10 per copy for up to 100 copies and then $0.07 per copy for any additional copies up to 500.

The Renaissance Hotel’s UPS Store is also providing each attendee with a "return home shipment discount coupon" for any souvenirs or educational materials they wish to ship home as opposed to taking with them on their return travels.
