HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

SGNA Housing will be handled by the Housing Connection, by calling 800/217-0002 (toll-free) or 801/521-9025 (international). Do NOT contact the hotel directly to make reservations. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early.

CONFIRMATIONS

The Housing Connection will send you a confirmation of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. E-mail confirmations will be sent if an e-mail address is provided (preferred), or they can be faxed or mailed. If you do not receive a confirmation or have questions, please call The Housing Connection. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.

ROOM RATES/TAXES

In order to take advantage of the special SGNA convention rates, be sure to book your reservation by April 14, 2008. After April 14th, the official SGNA blocks will be released and the hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room night and are subject to a 12.72% tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific rooms upon check-in, based on availability. Making your reservation through The Housing Connection is the only way to guarantee SGNA’s special room rates. The SGNA rate is not available through the hotel Web site or other travel Web sites.

DEPOSITS

Reservations will not be accepted without a room deposit of one night's room rental plus tax for each room reserved. Room deposits will be accepted in the form of a check made payable to: The Housing Connection, 175 South West Temple, Suite 140, Salt Lake City, UT 84101; or a valid credit card with signature authorizing the credit card to be charged for the room deposit. If the charge to the credit card is denied, we reserve the right to release your reservation.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Cancellations after April 14, 2008 and prior to 72 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. One night's room and tax will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival.
