Welcome to the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (SGNA) site. If you are interested in submitting an application for review for SGNA's Approver Program, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please set up your login and password and record this information in a safe place.
  2. The application contains 6 simple steps. Please follow instructions for completion of each step and ensure that all required fields are completely answered.
  3. Your application does not have to be completed in one sitting. For each step there is a button to "continue" to the next step. Please know that your work will be saved automatically as you proceed through the application. If you wish to close your application and continue it at a later date, you may click on the "save and continue later" button. Please complete all required fields.
  4. Please submit your application at least 30 days in advance of your proposed activity.
  5. Your application will be reviewed by members of the CEPRG committee. You will receive feedback on your application and its status in approximately 3 weeks following date of submission.
  6. Please email or participate in live chat by clicking on the buttons at the bottom of each page if you have questions with your submission.
