SGNA Membership Categories:

Voting Licensed Nurse or Associate
Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses, Assistive Personnel (e.g., technicians, technologists, assistants) involved in or associated with gastroenterology and/or endoscopy nursing practice. This category includes automatic inclusion into a Regional Society of your choice (for members within the United States).

Annual Dues: $120.00

Two-Year Dues: $225.00

18 Month Dues (July 1, 2008 - December 31, 2009): $195.00

Non-Voting Affiliate
Includes, but is not limited to, physicians, consultants, industry representatives, educators involved in or associated with gastroenterology and/or endoscopy nursing practice. Members in this category may choose to affiliate with a Regional Society by payment of an additional $15 fee.

Annual Dues: $105.00

Two-Year Dues: $210.00

18 Month Dues (July 1, 2008 - December 31, 2009): $165.00


Non-Voting/Non-Practicing
Includes retired professionals who wish to be kept informed of industry trends and advancements in the GI/Endoscopy field. Members in this category may choose to affiliate with a Regional Society by payment of an additional $15 fee.

Annual Dues: $60.00

Two-Year Dues: $120.00

18 Month Dues (July 1, 2008 - December 31, 2009): $90.00

Initial dues include a one-time $15 application fee. Voting membership includes affiliation with a Regional Society (for members within the United States). Non-voting members may choose to affiliate with a Regional Society by payment of an additional $15 fee.

Corporate Membership

If you have five or more individual members, you can join as a hospital/facility through the SGNA Corporate Membership option. This option offers special privileges to the member and hospital/facility such as transferable memberships, member discounts on employment ads, web employment ads, publications, exhibits and the Annual Course.

The Corporate Membership differs from individual membership in that it belongs to the hospital/facility. Should a member leave their place of employment, the employer will retain the membership, not the individual. Greater detail is outlined on this application. Please Note: SGNA memberships run on a calendar year. Since SGNA does not prorate membership fees we are pleased to offer our 18-month option at a cost of $195 for Voting Licensed Nurses/Associates and $165 for Non-voting Affiliates which is a savings to you of up to $30.
