What is the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel?

There are very few hotel properties large enough to accommodate the entire Annual Course in one place. Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel is one of the largest full-service convention hotels in Central Florida, and was awarded the AAA Four Diamond designation for 2009. The hotel offers an array of amenities including a mini-refrigerator in each guest room. The Rosen Shingle Creek features 12 dining/lounge options ranging from fine Italian cuisine and elaborate buffets, to the casual poolside bar and grille. Room Rates/Taxes

Due to limited availability of rooms at Rosen Shingle Creek, we suggest that you call the hotel directly at (407) 996-6338 to make your reservation. To take advantage of the special SGNA Annual Course hotel rate, be sure to make your reservation by April 2, 2010. After April 2, the SGNA room block will be released and the hotel may charge higher rates. All rates are per room night and are subject to a 12.50% tax (subject to change). Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel will charge an additional fee of $20/person for triple and quadruple occupancies. Please make the hotels aware of any special needs you may have and they will assign specific rooms types and any other requests at check-in, based upon availability. Additional housing is available at the Westin Imagine, the closest property to the Rosen Shingle Creek, at the rate of $159. Confirmations

Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel will send you a reservation confirmation within 48 hours of booking. Review it carefully for accuracy and be sure to keep a copy for your records.

Deposits

Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel requires a credit card guarantee to hold your reservation; please have this information available when booking your reservation. Five days prior to your arrival, Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel will charge one night's room and tax to your debit/credit card.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

You must cancel your hotel reservation five days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within five days of your stay, one nights' room and tax will be forfeited. Please call the hotel directly to make a cancellation and keep your cancellation number for your records.
