Certification

How Can Certification Help You?

In the days of health care reform and cost containment, consumer education and self-determination and managed care, certification is necessary in order to remain competitive in GI nursing. Certified nurses may earn more money and survive cutbacks in addition to expanding their role in providing patient services. When you take the SGNA Doris Barnie Certification Review Course, you will gain knowledge about your practice that will allow you to become comfortable with the material on the exam. You will walk away from the course with confidence in your test-taking abilities, and have a workbook for further practice on your own.

The Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, Inc., (SGNA), has designed the SGNA Doris Barnie Certification Review Course to prepare the experienced GI nurse for the certification exam by offering a one and a half day course. Click here for more details.
